Where to set default directories?

Switching from InDesign to Affinity... where can I configure the default directories for documents, templates, etc?

I searched the Settings dialog and the forum FAQ and couldn't find anything.

Hi and welcome to the forums. Unfortunately, you can't set a default directory and the Affinity apps simply remember the last-used directory. Being able to set default directories is a frequently-requested feature.
