Affinity Photo/Publisher/Designer 2 crashes at start-up

Hi.

Affinity Photo 2 / Publisher 2 / Designer 2 crashes at start-up. A pop up appears and asks for license activation every time - but does not even give me time to enter details - seconds later it crashes). 

This occurred yesterday when I downloaded the latest update. I use a Mini Mac 3 GHz 6 Core Intel Core i5 with 16 GB DDR4 RAM (OS Sonoma 14.1.2). I also have the software installed on my MacBook Pro - it runs fine there with the new update. However, the Mini Mac is my main editing machine, so need it to work here.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please try deleting the licence.dat and cs.dat in the following location and then reopen the app.

~/Library/Group Containers/6LVTQB9699.com.seriflabs/v2/

i have delete the files, start photo2 and logged in but photo2 crashed.

do you have another idea?

@DWright  Thank you so much - this has solved my problem. All 3 apps are now working. Appreciate the assistance 🙂
