I recently upgraded my computer to Win 11 and improved hardware (11th gen Intel i7, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTZ 3050) . Since then focus stacking NEF (Nikon RAW) files freezes the entire PC when Affinity tries to load the first image of the selection. The only thing I can do is to switch the PC off and restart. This has never happened before and I wonder what is going on. I already ticked off Hardware Acceleration, but no effect.

Did you install NVIDIA drivers? This matters even if HW acceleration is off.

I use iPad screenshots and videos even in the Desktop section of the forum when I expect no relevant difference.

Hi @Ludwig E.,

Most crashes like these will be related to the graphics card drivers, so make sure you have the latest ones and even if they are, performing a clean install of them would be a good idea.
