Cant login to store site on PC or phone but can on iPad

Right now my account is locked but seem to be still connected since was logged into forum prior to lock.

Store account different from forum?, or maybe Ipad setup thru Apple store not Affinity website, and PC Affinity Photo purchased from Affinity website store.

Are the credentials for the store different from the forum, as changing password successful in forum but still can't log in to store.

Was considering purchase during sale but cant log in

Yes, they are completely separate.

That, too, though you can register an iPad app with the Affinity Store after you install it from the App Store.

You could assign the same email and password to both, but they are separate and if you change one it won't affect the other.

I was using my iPad biometric scanner to submit passwords and it indicated the same password in the store and forum, so possibly a forced password change hadnt been updated in the biometric submission.
