I've flowed text from Word to make a book. It stops flowing when it hits a large illustration. I know I can go back and delete the illustrations and start again.

But, meanwhile, does anyone know of another way to get the text flowing again? Shift-clicking the red pointer triangle just takes me a few pages on, but not to the whole document end, despite showing no text flow at the end. See screenshot.

In InDesign you can see the offending problem with the text preview pane, isolate the offending item stopping text flow, and take appropriate action. I see nothing similar in Publisher

Activate menu Text > Show Special Characters to get a possible culprit displayed.

Apart from this display option you can place the text cursor behind "house style" + move the cursor with the right arrow key + press delete. If there was a special character hiding the rest of the story the missing text may occur then.
