The file will not open.

The software starts up, but I cannot open the file.　I am using Mac.

What file type type are you trying to open and in what Affinity application?
How are you trying to open it - dragging the file over the app, using File > Open, other method?

The file of affnity desiger. I have tried double clicking on the file and also opening it from the file tag, but no luck.

I also tried rebooting.
