Shape Builder Failed

I want to build a shape with Shape Builder Tool but the software said "Shape Builder Failed".

@Lisan Al Gaib This seems to be the same issue as posted in this other forum thread.

A different workflow was suggested by @NotMyFault "so to add, separate both curve (Layer > Geometry > Separate Curves), then select all except the 4 inner circle segments, then add."

As it is, the Shape Builder Tool is failing on those curve layers. I can log the file to be looked into, to see if the tool can be improved but I can't provide any ETA on when this will be.
