"Doesn't open" is somewhat vague. What happens when you try?

What kind of files are they? What version of macOS do you use?

Is this behavior new with 2.3, or has it happened for awhile?

Nothing happens. No dialog, no open file.

Sometimes that means that you have a monitor disconnected, assuming you ever use multiple monitors with that computer.

Any possibility that might apply here?

@antonkudin Which version of macOS are you using?

Are the files listed, various file formats or all the same?

Have you tried clearing the list and then opening, editing, saving and some files and seeing if they all open from the Recent list?

Still a problem. None of the files in my File > Open Recent menu will open. Even the file I just opened with File > Open and closed again. My files are on OneDrive though that doesn't create an issue in other apps.

Publisher 2.5.5, macOS.

Unfortunately, we have the same problem opening the files as in the video above.

Now it will take forever until Serif solves the problem. The errors are all logged one by one and passed on to the developers (I hope), but a solution takes forever. 🤨

I have the same issue after latest updates of AfPub Beta 2.6.01 (2805) and AfDesign Beta 2.6.01 (2805)

Open Recent shows a list of recent files, but when clicked the app window remains empty.

File opens with Open

Using Macbook Pro M1  with Sequoia 15.0.1 (24A348)
