Tool Preferences (e.g. Current Layer and beloiw for InPainting Brush, etc.)

Hi,

It would be great if we could in the Preferences set our preferred options for tools like InPainting Brush and Clone Tool etc. I almost always set these tools to "Current Layer & Below" but must select this every time I open Affinity Photo.. I know that once set the setting is remembered for the session, but if I close Affinity and re-open it, it is back to "Current Layer" only..

Like I said, it would be nice if it could be chosen in Preferences somehow, or at least the last used setting was remembered after closing and re-opening Affinity Photo
