Upgrade multiple licenses from V1 to V2 with Black Friday discount

Hi, Affinity Support,

My company, Lakewood Vineyards, has five V1 licenses of Affinity Publisher, and two licenses each of Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer. I would like to upgrade all of these to V2 Universal licenses with the upgrade pricing and Black Friday discount. When I tried to do this using our login (email removed by moderator), we validated for an upgrade but there was no option to upgrade more than a single license. How do we go about doing this so that we can upgrade all of our licenses?
