Tools Panel is misnamed Toolbar in View/Customize Tools... in APub and APhoto 2.3 and earlier

I did not find this reported previously in a quick search. Given that the misnaming also occurs in APub 1.10, if it had been reported earlier I assume it would have been fixed by now.

The Tools Panel is referred to as the Toolbar in the prompt for View/Customize Tools... 

Perhaps this helps explain why so many people misname the toolbar and tools panel when posting in these forums. The Help system appears to use the correct terminology.

It's correct on macOS in both English US and UK so this is Windows specific.

Tools/Toolbar should probably be capitalized but not a big deal.

The issue "[Win] Customise tools list is incorrectly labelled" (REF: AF-1421) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.4.0.2222".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
