Export multiple PDFs after data merge with data-specific names

I've figured out how to export a folder full of individual PDFs created from a data merge (by generating the merge in Publisher and then using Designer to split it into individual PDFs via the Export Persona) but the result is a folder with files named Page 1, Page 2, etc.

Is there a way to generate individual PDFs with names derived from my data instead? Otherwise I'd need to rename each one manually before sending to the printer.
