Where are AP v2 edit shortcuts?

Is there a paint mixer brush shortcut key? If not can I set one?

There is not one by default but you can set one in Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts with the first popup menu set to Photo & the second one below it set to Tools. You will need to scroll down the list about half way to see its entry.

AP Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts>Photo>Tools>Paint Mixer Brush. I typed in M but it still goes to the marque tool.

For each one you want to remove, locate it in the list of Tool shortcuts & click the X in a circle button to remove its shortcut. Note that several tool shortcuts are used for more than one tool, indicated by a symbol that looks like this: . If you hover the pointer over it, a popup will tell you which other tools also use it.

Didn't work. I tried repeatedly X-ing marque tool. No deal M still selects it, not Paint Mix Brush. Is there any unused letter I can use for Paint Mix Brush? Shows a default for PMB, but can't click. aNothing for Marque tool. Appears to be stuck.

Look carefully at the entry for the Paint Mixer Brush in your lower screenshot. Do you see the  symbol there? Like I mentioned above, that means the shortcut is used by more than one tool. So like I said, you can hover the mouse pointer over that symbol & a popup will tell you which other tool also uses it. So once you know what other tool that is, you can remove its "M" shortcut.

That depends entirely on what other shortcuts you have set.

Nothing happens hovering over symbol. But I did set F8 for paint mixer brush & that works. Shortcuts and I just aren't working well.
