Moving Affinity Designer and Photo to a another computer

I switched to a more powerfull pc with the same mail, however my mom purchased affinity photo and sent a link to my mail. Now i don't know how to move it over to this computer but i still have it on my old one. I need help as I was using it for youtube and this limits me to a free software with not close to as many features

You would first need to know if your mom bought it through the Affinity website or bought it through the Windows App Store. From there can figure out how to install this on your new computer.
