@Alfansyah

Welcome to the forums.

We've removed the image for your security as it contained your email address. I have searched for the email you used though, and you don't have an account under that email.

It may be that you ordered V2 from Apple or Microsoft and haven't activated it with us just yet, but if you can email affinity@serif.com we can look into this for you.

Hi- I have this exact problem as well (I did a windows update early December and afterwards the Affinity apps re asked for activation - and I haven't been able to get it to recognise the activation since - (do I need to clear some cookies or something?)

Welcome to the Affinity Forums @Nparticle!

If you're seeing "The Affinity ID or password was not recognised." error message when trying to activate your license, then it's most likely the email address or password has been entered incorrectly.

If you're still having trouble accessing your Affinity ID account, please email affinity@serif.com and our team will assist further :)

Thanks Dan,

I was copy pasting the ID and password from a site provided by my organisation - so it shouldn't be a spelling mistake - though- the licence key I was copying does have dashes in it. After a clean uninstall and deletion of all the user profile leftovers I was able to reinstall and successfully activate - but I did also take the dashes out of the licence key. (I had tried taking the dashes out before - but that didn't seem to work without the clean uninstall / re/install.
