Hello

I have problem with exporting to pdf file with multiple small photos. Each of them have following layers:

Text layer with Outline FX (top)

Levels adjustment layer2 with mask

Levels adjustment layer1 with mask

Text layer with Outer Shadow FX

Pixel layer (photo)(bottom)

My goal is to have applied levels effects to a photo while maintaining sharp vector text.

When I export with Rasterise: nothing, bolded part is not exported:

Text layer with Outline FX. I solved this by replacing FV with text decoration stroke and it works fine. Sroke is added, text is still vector.

Levels adjustment layer2 with mask

Levels adjustment layer1 with mask

Text layer with Outer Shadow FX

Pixel layer (photo)

Merging 2 levels layers with photo partially solve this problem however this change is permanent, i have over 600 small photos, and the Outer Shadow FX is still missing for first text layer. It is not a standard shadow effect, more like glowing so it will be hard to replace...

When I chose export with Rasterise: unsupported properties, bolded part is not exported:

Text layer with with text decoration outline - Text layer is now rasterised

Levels adjustment layer2 with mask

Levels adjustment layer1 with mask

Text layer with Outer Shadow FX - Text layer is now rasterised.

When I chose export with Rasterise: everything, everything will be rasterised and i want a vector text.

What am i doing wrong?

Thx in advance for any tips

Hi SeekerKuba,

Unfortunately this is due to Layer FX options not being vector so any object they are applied to will need to be rasterised on export in order to retain appearance. The only way around this would be removing the FX applied to your text.

Thanks
