walt.farrell Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @VlastaP. First, you shouldn't expose your email address in public like that. it is bad for security, and attracts spam. You can edit your post to obscure the address, or a Moderator may do that for you. Next, if you right-click in that dialog one of your options should be to run a Connectivity Check. It would be good to know the results of that check. Finally, this FAQ suggests that one reason for this situation is that you have another Affinity V2 application "stuck" (not responding) in the background: Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. VlastaP Posted December 1, 2023 Author Posted December 1, 2023 Hi @walt.farrell, thanks for FAQ, those steps helped and it is now registered. Now I am getting this popup every time I start the program, please, is there any way to disable it? It doesn't rembember if I click the Close or even What's new?, it still shows over and over again. Thanks, Vlasta Quote
