Place tool in Designer V2.3.0.2157

For no reason the 'Place' tool file option becomes 'Text Files (*.TXT)' and thus will not 'see'/open any other type (.JPEG, .PDF) etc. This has happened a few times randomly. I.e. I had imported circa 10 .JPEGs OK when suddenly it stops. Restarting the software and also rebooting the PC has no affect.

This is expected behaviour when you have a text layer selected – the software expects you to want to place text into a text layer.

However, it sometimes also happens when you don’t have a text layer selected or have no text layers in your document, and that problem has been reported before.
