No longer have options to print A3 & A5

Hi all,

 

I’m looking for some advice. I use Affinity photo on the iPad and design and print art work. Up until last week, I no longer have the option of printing in A3 & A5. The print settings appear to have changed. Please could anyone advise on this?

Welcome to the Affinity Forums

As I understand it, the printing settings on iPad aren't controlled by the Affinity app - these are passed through to us by iPadOS, which uses the drivers for your printer to control the print paper size.

If you try printing from a source that isn't the Affinity app, for example directly through Files, do you see the same options are no longer available?

Thanks for responding. I see. And yes I have lost these options from every option. I am unsure how or if there is a resolution to this?

Thanks for confirming that for me - as mentioned this is controlled by the printer driver / iPadOS, so I'd recommend contacting the printer manufacturer (and perhaps Apple Support) as they should be able to assist further here
