ConQuest Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 Hello everyone, I have already purchased Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo version 1 via the Serif website. Today I bought the bundle upgrade to version 2 of the software with the additional extras - also via this account. When entering the data, I am now shown that one of the entered information was "not recognized"; What is the problem and how can I now use the regularly and legally purchased software? Thanks for any help Quote
walt.farrell Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. My suggestions: First, make sure you're entering the email and password for your Affinity Store account, not for these forums. While they may be the same, they do not have to be. If your browser or other password-manager is filling them in automatically, erase them and fill them in manually. Next, try going to https://affinity.store/account and signing in there with the email and password you used within the program. If both of those fail, you might try the "forgot password" link. ConQuest Posted November 26, 2023 Author Posted November 26, 2023 Oh, thank you very much. The answer made me realize that I had to enter my Affinity password and not my license key ... how stupid of me. Quote
walt.farrell Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 You're welcome. There are no license keys for V2.
