I have a problem with Data Merge in Affinity Publisher. Let's say to create 320 name tags (Data source's on Excel). I put name-tag data into a table (1 data/table). I put this table in Data Merge Layout (16 data/page). When I generated the data, it showed only 10 pages instead of 20 pages. I tried to close & redo but there was the same result of 10 pages.

Kindly advise how to generate all 320 data correctly.

Hereby attached screenshot for your reference.

Hi @Arika109 and welcome to the forums,

Could you upload a screenshot that shows the layout of your .xlsx file, showing the Header Row...

I'm assuming that <RA> and <RQ> data aren't both names?

For the purposes of the screen recording, I've included a Name for your <RA> Text and a Job Title for your <RQ> Text with 320 Rows in the .xlsx data file...

Hi Hangman,

Thank you for your kind help.  I did the same as per your video. But I made the label layout on Master A. Then did data merge on Pages.  I don't know why but I think this is the cause because as per your video, you did everything on Pages.

I then copied Master A layout, pasted on Clear Master Page (Page 2), and generated.  Now all 320 data are shown in good order same as per your video.

Much appreciated the inspiration from your advice.  Have a nice day!
