i can re colour image/pixel layer what black=is wanted colour white=white. and etc. currently use adjustmnet layer with Gradient Map is there any other way?

AMD 7 7700X 64gigabytes ram 4Tb SSD for all kind projects. Affinity Apps v2 version. Windows 11 Pro.

Not allow exact colour. also seems do colouringbeetween black -> selected coloru -> white. but of course is good some uses as well. i dislike fact recolouring not allow give colour in exact rgb,cmyk values or selecting some colour swatch missing such features i feel is more than odd.

Apart from some adjustments you could combine the wanted layer with a Fill Layer. Or, if it is an image layer, you can directly assign a fill colour and, in a cymk document, you can combine it with the 'K Only' option to use the image's black channel only, or convert the image/pixel layer to grayscale which also enables you to assign a fill colour.
