Extended Space Prior to a Subfield When a Paragraph Cross-Reference References Itself

Inserting a paragraph Cross-Reference at the start of a paragraph that references itself adds an 'extended' space prior to any subfield...

As some changes were made to cross referencing for other issues.

Hi @Lee D,

It was indeed, it appears to be pertinent to the Paragraph Body subfield, as in, it doesn't do the same when using the Page Number or other subfields...
