Cross-Rerence Panel Doesn't Reset to Default When Selecting [No Preset]

The default Cross-Reference setting for [No Preset] is <Page Number> but changing any user-created Preset back to [No Preset] doesn't reset the text back to <Page Number>, it instead leaves the text box populated with the prior preset requiring it to be deleted manually...

Logically, selecting [No Preset] from the Preset Dropdown should reset the Text Entry back to <Page Number>
