Staff DWright Posted April 6, 2016 Staff Share Posted April 6, 2016 Hi tomf, The two methods to zoom in and out in Affinity are the following cmd ⌘ & + to zoom in cmd ⌘ & - to zoom out alt ⌥ & mouse wheel up to zoom in alt ⌥ & mouse wheel down to zoom out Regards, Darren
R C-R
I believe tomf is talking about the status bar text for the Zoom (Z) tool, specifically this circled part: On my iMac, dragging up & down with the Zoom tool does nothing, while dragging left zooms out & right zooms in, as tomf said. It does not make a difference for this but I have enabled "Use mouse wheel to scroll" in the Tools preference. Staff DWright Posted April 6, 2016 Staff Share Posted April 6, 2016 I have looked into this further and the zoom in on drag up depends on the current zoom level and the where your panned view is on the image, I will log this with the dev team.
