JPG not recognized

Affinity Photo version 2.2.1 the Export jpg is Not accepted by fine art america  fineartamerica.com
I cannnot upload any of my artwork or photography to fine art america that was jpg exported from Affinity Photo 2.2.1
It doesn't recognize it as jpg?
It does recognize Affinity Photo 1.10 export jpg as was forced to use that older version.

Did you export as JPEG XL in Affinity Photo 2? JPEG and JPEG XL are not the same format. JPEG XL is a new format which currently isn't widely supported.

It might help if you'd compress (zip) one of your JPG files that's rejected and share it here for us to look at.

Also, what error message are you getting? Can you give us a screenshot of that?

It was saved as jpeg, not as jpeg xl.

No, I'm not going to show you a compressed zip file of a for sale item, sorry.

Thats why its called for sale at fine art america for printing on canvas, its not digital download.

Can you make the same behavior happen with any other file?

Can you please take a screenshot of the export dialog box so that we can rule out possible inconsistencies in the settings?

Then prepare a test file that you wouldn't sell, the same way as your other photos are prepared, and provide that. (Compressed.)

I forgot to mention,  the Export jpg for Affinity version 2.0 worked.
