Layer is above in layers tab but still under in the viewport.

Hi @Saell and welcome to the forums,

Possibly because your top pixel layer has its Blend Mode set to Darken in the Layers Panel... If you change this to Normal does everything work as expected?

OMG, im so stupid, dont know how i missed that. I was going crazy looking at a bunch of options. Its always right in front of you haha.
