thomascgass Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 Hi I'm working in Publisher on a kind of lexicon. I receive the texts as *.txt files, which I insert into frame text placeholders. However, selecting my predefined styles for titles and body text is quite tedious. Is there a way to define a shortcut for choosing a styles created, or at least to repeat the selection of a style via a kind of "repeat last command"? Tom Quote

Unfortunately this feature works automatically only for manually typed text / paragraph breaks whereas text that gets pasted + a style assigned need to manually select a command in the style's burger menu. This makes me wonder whether it's possible to assign a keyboard shortcut to a style's command "Apply … Then Next Styles" ? Quote macOS 10.14.6 | MacBookPro Retina 15" | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1
