Strange color shift when using custom icc Profile (Macbook M3)

I moved from a 2015 MacBook Pro to the new M3 one.

I have a AfPub1 document, which I opened with AfPub1 and AfPub2 on the new machine (also tried AfPhoto).

The images are very light, and totally of what they should look like. When I make a screenshot the color gets suddenly normalish (I trust the software, I am not a colorimeter)

Because I cannot make a screenshot from the issue, I have appended two iPhone shots.

 

After some trying I found out, that switching from Metal to OpenGL fixed it. Also doing a screen recording with Quicktime while working with the Software seems to do the job.
I woud appreciate if you could fix this in Version 1 and 2

I have logged this with our developers, are you using the Apple Wider Colour Sharing Profile on your M3 MacBook

The issue "M2 Mac flashing workspace - when using Apple Wide Colour Gamut" (REF: AF-473) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.3.0.2150".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.

I tried P3-1600 and P3-600 screen settings.

The issue is still there with Beta Version 2217

Looks like it hasn't been so far entirely fixed in 2.3.0.2157 ...

unfortunately that fix was specifically for the "Apple Wide Color Gamut" profile and there is a consequential more geneic outstanding issue [AF-1319] that I will bump with your report @cusertrumpl
