Request: ability to lock studio sizes, at least a minimum size

Very often when working on a document, one of my panel groups will get shrunk down to almost nothing and another one hogs all the space.  It'd be nice if it didn't do that.  There are some situations where it might make sense to grown or shrink a panel group: like if I have Color and Swatches on the same group and the swatches can use more space than the color wheel does, it might make sense to grow and shrink the panel to compensate.  But it shouldn't be so rude as to shrink the rest of the panel groups on that side to an unusable size. In this case, my Brush panel wiped out my Layers panel.  Complicating this is that while I'm trying to resize the panel, occasionally I'll click in the wrong spot and end up undocking the panel group entirely.

Maybe a pin icon to fix a panel to some minimum size?
