niMac
On certain images that I wish to work on, after clicking the "develop persona” selection, I get a warning that says "Please select an RGB pixel layer before entering Develop” with only a “Dismiss” button as my choice. I appear to be unable to work on that image, no idea why or what to do about it. Would appreciate some advice as to what to do in this situation? stuck
Look in the layers panel and ensure you have selected a pixel layer and not an adjustment layer or a mask before you try to switch to the Develop Persona.
niMac
As far as I know, I have a pixel layer selected. There is nothing any different from what I normally do, but with this image I get the warning.

Look at your document color info in the Context Toolbar in your screenshot. You need an RGB pixel layer, as the message indicates. niMac
That's it, thanks. A little hard to find that, even in the toolbar. walt.farrell
