This happened in one and now it's happening in two on my Mac. I have a updated MacBook Pro and everything is modern and I don't know why this is happening. It has something to do with the preferences and I've tried to reset them and set them all differently in different variation, it has to do with metal and Open GL and all of those preferences so I'm hoping there's something better than that then I can fix this on because I haven't I have a meeting in about 2 1/2 hours so I need to get this finished ca, can you help me

What I have attached is something that's distorted to crazy levels and it looks just like an 8 1/2 x 11 page page so it should be flat normal not like this, screenshots is it opened in photo to and the other screenshot is it's opened in designer too and on designer too I included the preferences to show its current settings. However, I've tried every variation of those settings pretty much in total.

I'm now downloading designer to beta designer one and anything that they'll try to open this file because they're all opening it with a distorted view and I'm just really bummed out

This really looks like you have applied a Perspective filter to this. If you used the Destructive filter from Filters > Distort > Perspective then there is nothing that can be done if the History is gone due to saving and closeing the file and opening it up to discover this.

If you used the Live Filter then you can unapply it using the layers panel.

Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
