i made a beta account and its gone

when i payd for de v1 version there is askt to me to join the beta version  .

i think why not and made a account .

Now i need te activate a beta version and there is nowhere or somwhere to find de information of my beta account .

How can i fix this ? i like to have a beta account en information that i can find in my profile to activate a beta version .

The only active beta is for V2, and you would need to have a license for the retail V2 version to use it. It's not usable if you only have. V1 license.

If you have a V2 license, then you can join the V2 beta here:

Your beta account would be your standard login to activate all your affinity stuff. But, the beta is only for V2. So you would have to have retail V2 in your account to be able to activate the beta.

Buying V2 would likely grant you Beta access. However, since you're still on V1 my guess is that you have your reasons for not upgrading, so you shouldn't feel forced to buy it if you don't want to. They are only open Betas, so there are many people who are reporting bugs already.

If your bug is about V1, then go to this subforum section and write your report there. V1 as of now is no longer being actively developed, but if there are regression bugs because of OS changes they will of course respond and make changes. There is a 1.10.8 patch in the works as we speak.

Are you saying you're trying to install a V1 beta? 

My first question would be  "why?" since there is no active V1 beta. 

Next would be, where did you purchase and install V1 from, and what V1 release do you have installed, and what OS?

I have a look in the mailbox and found the mail from the beta version .

i will try to copy the file with link ..later next week .

I have somwhere to go to first .

Its from 2016 for affinity with a link to instal the beta version .

That was the v1 

The free beta version 

Thre is a free beta version for v2 

If my program dont work ..and i like 2 try the beta version the free one

The v1 beta is no longer available, you might still have an old link, but you can no longer download and use it.

You cannot use the v2 beta unless you have bought the v2 release version.

Beta versions are not free alternatives to the release versions, they are only intended (for users who have already purchased the software) to test it before a new version of the software is released. Beta versions are only available for a limited time, and usually expire when the next release version is available.

You can download a free 30 day trial of Affinity v2.

If you have a problem with v1 it might help if you told us what it is!

Everything PaulEC has said is correct, only you have already used up your 30 day V2 trial entitlement, so as you are not yet a V2 owner the V2 beta is not open to you to try.
