Hi Affinity,

I've been trying to make an asset to replicate a message bubble in text messaging utilising constraints so that the bubble can be resized depending on the amount of text in the message. I'm using constraints for this paired with a compound shape.

I've found that when you put the text frame inside a compound shape (to use the rounded rectangle as the parent object to constrain against) Publisher will crash if you try to move the text frame within the compound. You can move the text frame out of the compound without crashing, it only crashes if the frame is moved within the compound.

Publisher crash file.afpub

I realise this isn't a practical solution as text within the text frame won't appear within the compound so it's not very useful, but given I came across a repeatable crash scenario I thought it best to report.

Many thanks
Max

Hi @Maxdanger,

Just to confirm, the same crash happens with the current 2.3.0.2114 Beta as well. I'm unsure whether this is already logged but if it's not someone in the Moderation team will log it as a bug.
