Affinity Designer file stuck at loading

Hi 

Tried opening designer file on Mac desktop but it just stuck at loading. As recommended: I manage to open same file on iPad. Resave the file and back to my desktop and it still stuck at loading. My MacOS is Sonoma 14.0. Affinity Designer v2.2.1 

 

Any advice appreciated.

Hi @Tristan Tay and welcome to the forums,

This is unfortunately a known issue as detailed here in the Known Issues section of the FAQ forum. It's specific to Sonoma but the suggested remedy should overcome the problem, it may just take a little time...
