If so this is likely a known issue which is detailed in the FAQ, Known Issues section of the forum here... I note that two of the images in your file are located in iCloud, the two with the M1 prefix in the filename. It would be worth moving these two to your internal hard drive and relinking them once you've managed to open the file. For me, your file opens instantly on Monterey so I've simply opened it, resaved it and have attached the resaved version below. This may make no difference at all based on this seemingly being a Sonoma-specific issue but see if you are able to open the attached file. As the Known issue mentions, you may simply have to leave the file for some time before it actually opens but once open you should find that subsequent documents will open and load normally. Let us know how you get on.
