Affinity Photo uses the Open Source LibRAW component for the bulk of their RAW processing, so once LibRAW implements support, and then releases it in their main code drop, it should be incorporated in Photo 2 with the next release.

is there a plan to support raw files from the Zf?

You should be able to follow the thread in this link to be notified of any changes to the software regarding camera/lens support:

Sigh - not sure what happened to the reply I typed yesterday... In summary, looking at the LibRaw page, min or updates are only bug fixes and don't include new cameras. Major updates come out every 1.5 - 3 years - which doesn't sound promising.

However, they have a package called RawDigger which includes the Zf in the latest Beta, so who knows...

So, I'm happy to say that I've got raw support in 2.4 (uncompressed only at the moment, but I can live with that) - THANKYOU :)

However, just for the sake of clarifying my own confusion, I thought this wouldn't occur until LibRAW got updated - and their website hasn't changed since Dec '23?
