EatMoreBacon Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 Can I create multiple data merge layouts for a single document? (For example a catalog with varied page layouts or a calendar with varied number of week layouts) Can I then choose which layout I want to use for each page of the document based on a value in the CSV file? EatMoreBacon Posted November 6, 2023 Author Posted November 6, 2023 I was looking to do a 12 month calendar. Most months need 5 rows. Some need six rows and if February starts on Sunday, it needs four rows. It would be relatively easy for Excel to figure out how many rows I need for each month. But I'm not clear if there is a way to pass that info along to Publisher when I do the data merge (with holidays, etc)? Quote
EatMoreBacon Posted November 7, 2023 Author Posted November 7, 2023 Thanks for pointing those out. Either of those two, you need to manually change the number of rows if there are too many. I can do that. I was just wishing it were possible to do it automatically based on a value in the excel file. Quote
