Imported Brushes in V2

Hello All, 

 

I have been wrecking my brain and I have found a glitch in the system. About 2 weeks ago I downloaded free brushes in to the V2 program. I am using version 2.2.1 and I noticed my computer would crash. So fast forward I randomly checked my brushes and now the brushes I was searching for now all of a sudden popped up. I looked into the designer persona and the pixel. Everything was working fine until I closed the program for the day and all the brushes disappeared. The program would tell me the brushes would download and now its creating duplicate versions of the same file. I opened V1 and now I have no problems with importing. This tells me a capability problem with the program. I now have to use V1 to use this brush feature and not the latest. Can someone provide some insight on something that is so easy to follow but has given me problems. Thank you for any help the community provides in this matter.

Hi Keyonarenee,

Could you please try launching the app whilst holding down control and selecting "reset brushes" on the following window, then hit "clear" at the bottom.
