I just upgrade from Affinity Photo 2.2.0 to 2.2.1 and now there is a afphoto-project defect, when i want to open the project there comes a message that the file is corrupt and an attempt is made to restore the file. But the graphic after restore is only at the beginning of my project. I try to use my server-backups, different savings. There are all defect. So for me it looks like an upgrade problem. Is there any idea of troubleshooting? Thanks!

Hi @Danny2023,

Welcome to the Affinity Forums & sorry to hear you're having trouble!

It's very unusual for the application update itself to corrupt your document - though we can certainly investigate this further for you.

Can you please upload a copy of your corrupted file to the below link for me?

https://www.dropbox.com/request/ecl3ozo2eZKU0YoqF1k5

Once uploaded, please let us know here.

We would also like some additional information to see if we can work out the cause of the problem and stop it happening in future. As well as uploading your file, please can you also tell us the following:

1. Which Operating System [and version] are you using?
2. Which version of Affinity did the file last get saved in?
3. What drive type was the file last saved to?
Local disk
USB disk/Flash disk
Google Drive folder
OneDrive folder
iCloud folder
Dropbox folder
Network location
Other (please specify)

4. Any other information you think would help us try to find the problem?

Many thanks in advance :)
