Affinity V1 and V2 will not open in Windows 10.

Affinity V1 and V2 will not open in Windows 10.  It will open in earlier versions. Affinity V1 was working for several months but suddenly stopped.  I downloaded V2 to see if it will launch. Nope. I removed and reinstalled V1. Still not working.

My apologies, are you referring to earlier versions of the Affinity apps, or your Windows version?

I'd like to request a copy of your V1 log file to investigate this further. To find this file, please open Windows Run (Windows Key + R) then paste the following string and press OK:

%appdata%\Affinity\Photo\1.0\

(Note you may need to change 'Photo' for 'Designer' or 'Publisher' depending on the app you're trying to launch)

In the folder that opens, please select the log.txt file, then upload this to your reply here.
