Avoid page numbers for chapter headings with sub-chapters

In the table of contents, is there any configuration that allows me to avoid page numbers for headings of chapters that have a sub-chapter immediately following it?

So instead of this:

Heading 1                   57
     Heading 1.1            57
     Heading 1.2           71
          Heading 1.2.1    71

I want the table of contents to look like this:

Heading 1
     Heading 1.1            57
     Heading 1.2
          Heading 1.2.1    71

Use a different Paragraph Text Style for the "Heading 1" where you don't want the page number. Include both that Paragraph Text Style and your normal Heading 1 Text Style in the TOC, but for that one, turn off the page number in the settings icon for that Text Style in the TOC panel.
