Shortcuts quirk

A quirk of the layer mode shortcuts (normal, multiply, light, color, etc.). These shortcuts seem to work when anything other than the brush tool is selected. When the brush tool is selected, they do nothing.

Looks like this also affects desktop, i've replicated this issue and logged it with the developers. 🙂
