I've created a document that is a poetry book. I can export a pdf for Ingram Sparks or KDP print but I don't see a way to export it to a format I can use on Kindle for an ebook. Is that possible?

Under export, other than pdf I only see image formats.

You will have to export out of affinity in PDF and then convert the PDF using a third-party ebook app because Affinity cannot export to ebook formats yet.

Thanks. There are lots of converters out there. Do you have a favorite? Amazon doesn't support .mobi anymore. Any suggestion on the file format to convert to? Tanks again

What OS platform do you use, Mac, Linux, Windows?

Re formats, I'd say epub is the most common format for ebook apps, PDF is probably the most common format.

Calibre, although an ebook manager can also convert to different ebook formats and from a cost (free)/multi-platform perspective is worth a look. Premium i.e. paid for apps such as vellum (mac only), Scrivener and the like are all viable alternatives if your pocket can afford it.

Thanks again, we're on Mac. I think I have a five-year-old version of Calibre. We have Scrivener but didn't use it this time because it's so much easier to lay out a book visually Affinity Publisher.

Just downloaded the latest Calibre. Their Help says that converting PDF to eBook has a lot of difficulties and they don't recommend it.
