walt.farrell Posted October 29, 2023 Posted October 29, 2023 To dismiss the dialog you're tapping on the Preview icon (vs the dropdown arrow to its right) which will turn off things like the rulers. stokerg 1 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. Thanks, I've posted two more vids. One taping on the dropdown tab and the other tapping on the desktop. Both times the rulers disappear. It must be something under view menu me finks. walt.farrell Posted October 30, 2023 Posted October 30, 2023 Strange. Thanks for the videos. In addition to the Rulers disappearing, it seems that in all of them you have to tap on the Rulers setting in the pulldown several times to get them to actually appear, which is also strange in my experience. I have no idea what's going on for you. Perhaps someone else will have additional suggestions. Maybe I need to reinstall the app, I think it's only following the latest update. Quote

I can't repeat this behavior on my iPad, it seems to work fine on my side, using the keyboard, the pencil or my fingers. I don't know what is causing this. Maybe resetting the app and the iPad.... feltleftco Posted May 15, 2024 Posted May 15, 2024 I’m having the same issues on iPad - when I click “rulers” from the drop-down menu, the ruler will appear only until I touch the screen with my pen, and then they disappear again. When I reclick the drop down menu to show it again, it is already clicked as shown. I unclick it, reclick it, and the ruler appears, but again disappears when I touch the screen. Maddening and is making it unusable for my projects Additionally, the fact we can’t just put in centering guides with a single selection is wild to me. It’s a procreate basic to be able to immediately find the center point of your canvas, it’s wild we can’t do that with this program. Chezqui 1 Quote
