Marzio
Hello, I'm new on Mac and Affinity Photo. I worked for years with Linux and GIMP. Now I have several .xcf files, and I want use them with Photo. I thought to convert these files in .psd format from GIMP and import them in Photo. Is this the correct way or there is another better? Thanks, Marzio. Staff MEB Posted April 1, 2016 Staff Share Posted April 1, 2016 Hi Marzio, I don't have GIMP installed but exporting as PSD and importing into Affinity should at least keep the layers intact. You may also try exporting from GIMP as PDF.
