It is very anoying that when i select vector object, only one part of object is seleted and layer opens with in my case, hundreds of element in that layer. Than I need to go to layer panel, close layer, select layer in layer panel and then I can move the object on page, it is frustrating. Better option is when I select object I could move it, if I want specific part of object, then I double click and I can eork with part of object and layer open in layer panel on double click.

It sounds like you need to have a look at the Auto-select functionality on the Context Toolbar.
Try changing the settings to get different results when selecting layers.

Groups, rather than Layers, behave as you require in Affinity (when Auto-select is not set to 'Objects').

Your parts (Curves, Rectangles, etc) are in a Layer currently.

Select the parts and press ctrl+G (Windows) or cmd+G (macOS) to wrap them in a Group.
