I have the same problem with an endless loading loop on a file with a LOT of text representing HOURS of work. There may be an image or two in there. I cannot remember. But it is 95% text. macbook pro 2018 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 Mac OS 14.1 (23B74) Sonoma. I cannot drive to the file, nor can I open the app from the file. Just sits there "Loading 1 document." I do not think I have moved any image that may or may not be in the document, but I am not getting an error. Only when I try to close the application, I get the please allow file to load error. i have closed the application, restarted, and nothing seems to help. I had this problem with another recent file and was able to get it to open after restarting the program. This time, that will not work. I can send the DropBox link for the entire containing folder if that will help.. It cannot be public.
