the guy with a techproblem Posted October 26, 2023 Author Posted October 26, 2023 Hello I've tried many things to fix it. My guess is that it has been corrupted while saving at some point, and publisher can't put it on screen somehow. Always showing : "loading 1 document" indefinitely Quote

tamiam Posted November 5, 2023 Posted November 5, 2023 I have the same problem with an endless loading loop on a file with a LOT of text representing HOURS of work. There may be an image or two in there. I cannot remember. But it is 95% text. macbook pro 2018 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 Mac OS 14.1 (23B74) Sonoma. I cannot drive to the file, nor can I open the app from the file. Just sits there "Loading 1 document." I do not think I have moved any image that may or may not be in the document, but I am not getting an error. Only when I try to close the application, I get the please allow file to load error. i have closed the application, restarted, and nothing seems to help. I had this problem with another recent file and was able to get it to open after restarting the program. This time, that will not work. I can send the DropBox link for the entire containing folder if that will help.. It cannot be public. Quote
