Zac44 Posted October 23, 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 There should ideally be a feature to backup all custom settings in Affinity Suite to a file, rather than going to each individual panel and exporting your brushes, swatches etc. Quote

The devs added the ability to mass import content some versions ago and have done a lot of work to make user content easily shared across all Affinity software, so I hope they continue on with more export options too. Affinityconfusesme Posted October 23, 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 arguably that is done already as content is stored in a certain shared folder. Yeah it'd be great to just have an 'export/import custom settings' function. I'm constantly changing computers with work as I swap to client's computers all the time. Frozen Death Knight 1 Quote
fde101 Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 If they don't get it done before then, this would probably be a relatively easy thing for someone to do with a macro once that feature is available. Quote
drkanukie Posted October 27, 2023 Posted October 27, 2023 It can sync my commercial brush packs - why not any settings and studio presets via my Affinity account. I jump from Windows to Mac all the time but its never in sync. This is the joy of software like Figma its cloud based so always the same where ever you access it. Zac44 1 Quote

Affinity doesn’t need to replicate Figma entirely as they’ve nailed collaboration. But at least the basics of maintaining a workspace should be simpler. Quote
