Add master facing pages quirk in v2

1. Create a new facing pages document with 1 page
2. Add a master - in v1, it defaults to facing pages. In 2.2.1, it defaults to non-facing pages which is probably not what you want. If you do change it to facing pages, it will default to facing pages next time. Leave the control on Single and click Cancel.
3. Add 2 more pages.
4. While viewing spread 2-3, add a master. Now in 2.2.1 it defaults to facing pages. For whatever reason 2.2 defaults the facing pages control to non-facing pages on page 1 if you haven't already added a facing pages master during this session.

Thanks Nathan. I forgot to mention that it doesn't do this in 1.10.6, presumably due to the design changes to the dialog.

No worries, when I logged it earlier I flagged it as a regression over V1.

The issue "Add Master Dialog- Defaults to Single page layout in a facing page document dependant on page selected" (REF: AF-842) has been fixed by the developers in the latest beta build (2.6.0.2831). The fix is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
